The street food.
Yes people, it is the food of Delhi. Never overlook that. And, considering that on an average an individual eats about 3-5 portions a day, you might want to plan your trip to Delhi accordingly.
The food there has so many spices, and so many flavors, so many varieties, that you will never be satisfied with just one of anything.
What is that one dish that you can absolutely not miss out on? It doesn’t work like that. Depending on which part of the city, or which street you are on, the list of must-try dishes will change. As delicious the street food is, it can also do a number on your stomach. So just be careful.
- Don’t eat street food from anywhere and everywhere.
- If you are new to the city, only go to ones that have a lot of clients.
- Refrain from eating raw food. Cooked food is less likely to give you an upset stomach.
- Make sure the vendor is wearing gloves. If not, move to the next vendor.
- Enjoy the delicacies more than once, because it is the most incredible thing to do in Delhi.
